Green Bud Acres, LLC ships products only within the United States where hemp-derived THCA products are legal. It is your responsibility to confirm that our products are legal in your jurisdiction before ordering.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Methods:
We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping times vary based on location. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing.

Age Verification:
All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery to verify the recipient is 21 or older.

Shipping Restrictions:
We cannot ship to states or localities where hemp-derived THCA is prohibited. Orders placed from restricted areas will be canceled.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 business days.
