Refund/Return Policy

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

At Green Bud Acres, LLC, customer satisfaction is important.
However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of items.

Refunds/Requests:

• If you experience an issue with your order, you must make your request within 3 days of receipt of the product.

• All requests must be sent to greenbudacresllc@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Refund Process:

• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exclusions:

• We cannot provide refunds for opened or used products due to health and safety concerns.
